Returns Policy – 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

the item is defective

the product is damaged

you received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our product is a cleaning consumable, we cannot accept returns on:

opened / used items

any product not in its original sealed packaging
We also do not accept returns on:

perishable goods
-
custom or personalized items
-
hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have.
Once the return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the updated item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
